About Studio Nisi

An Aegean-spirited yoga home in the centre of Thessaloniki.

Why Nisi

An island of calm on Tsimiski

Nisi means island in Greek — a name we chose for the feeling we want the studio to hold: a small, sheltered place to practice amid the city’s energy.

We opened Studio Nisi to offer clear, welcoming yoga — hatha for steadiness, vinyasa for flow, aerial for playful strength, and a serious path into teaching for those who feel called.

How we teach

Practice without pressure

Classes are English-friendly and beginner-welcoming. We emphasise alignment, breath, and listening to your body — never forcing a shape.

Yoga at Studio Nisi is a practice of presence and movement education. We do not make medical claims; if you have health concerns, please speak with a qualified professional before starting a new activity.
